2. What data do we collect?

We collect the following personal data:

Email address — when you send your list via the planning tool and/or consent to our newsletter.
Geographic location — if you choose to use the "Near me" feature. Your location is processed only locally in your browser and is never sent to us.

3. Why do we process your data?

Sending your planned list (one-time email)

Legal basis: performance of contract / legitimate interest. Your email address is used only to deliver the email you requested. We do not store it in our database after sending.

Legal basis: consent. If you tick the newsletter box, your email address is stored in our contact list at Resend (our email provider, see section 5). You can withdraw your consent at any time.

4. How long do we keep your data?

One-time email: your email address is not stored after the email has been sent.
Newsletter: your email address is stored until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

5. Third-party providers

We use the following services that may process your data:

Resend (email delivery and contact management) — privacy policy
Supabase (database for place information) — does not process any personal data from visitors.
Vercel (web hosting) — may log IP addresses in server logs as standard.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

Access the data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion ("the right to be forgotten")
Withdraw your newsletter consent at any time
Lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY)

7. Unsubscribe

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email, or by contacting us directly at noreply@hundlivstockholm.se.
